“I was very excited to make this order. Unfortunately, the hat I ordered and was charged for ended up not being in stock. A sales rep called me and told me, which was nice. The problem is that the currency conversion cost us both on the charge and the refund meaning we are out money for something we didn't get. Also, the Guinness XL tee is was too small. Not consistent in size with other Guinness shirts we bought in Dublin.”

“Simply wonderful company to deal with. From start to finish my experience was seamless. I had just one small query regarding my order and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. My order was delivered in a timely fashion and was packaged well. In fact my experience with Carrolls Irish Gifts has been so positive I have since placed another order. I have no hesitation in recommending this company with respect to their due diligence and care to customers.”
