“Very disappointing. My St. Patrick’s Tee shirt was just thrown in the box. It arrived all scrunched and wrinkled. Not acceptable. I wrote to you immediately to state my disappointment and not even an apology from yourselves. Poor show”

“I live in Stirling over the Irish Sea in Scotland and was devistated when I lost my green bunnet originally purchaced in Carrolls a few years back. Silly idiot recently left it on a train. I was absolutely delighted to go on Carrolls website and find a replacement. it was ordered, paid for and arrived within the week. 10 out of 10 to Carrolls”
