“I placed an order with Carroll’s gifts on 15/01/24 with a stated 1-3 working day delivery. Today 05/02/24 and I still have not received my order. I have tried to get in touch several times, I was palmed off the first time being told it was the delivery company’s problem and to contact them. Which I have done but also getting nowhere. Made contact again to be told it would be looked into and as of yet have not received anything back. Regardless of the delivery companies policies or failures, I placed this order with Carroll’s and my disappointment lies solely with them and their poor customer service after my order was never received. Perhaps the company needs to look into the lot chose of delivery methods and how to treat customers better.”

“I wish there were an 11 out of 10 score! I ordered the Mini Pint Glass- Guinness Ireland Collection, Mini Guinness Pint Chocolates, and Bailey Hot Chocolate Bombs. Since I live in the USA, I ordered early before St. Patrick's Day. I am the team Captain for the Shamrock Run and putting together a package for the runners as a souvenir. The packaging was incredible, nothing broken or cracked (glasses or chocolate bombs!). The ordering was easy, quick shipment even went standard. I will come back and order again I highly recommend it!!! You will not be disappointed. Oh, the pictures don't do any justice to the product when it comes. WAYYYYY better!”

“Being 1/2 Irish, my 14 year old granddaughter, wanted something from Ireland for her birthday. We bought her the Shanore Claddagh January Garnet Birthstone Pendant Adorned With Crystal. She loved it! The transaction was easy and shipping was much less than I thought. The gift came well packaged and quickly. The quality was good; birthstone and crystals were tight in the fitting, the metal of good weight and seemed durable. It is just as pictured; very pretty and traditional. “Customer Service was terrible. I received my order with one item missing and the gift box missing from the custom glass I bought. Called the shop on Wednesday the day I received person I got through to said he'd send the remainder of the order to there dispatch centre and if receive an email once done. I had ordered this and payed priority shipping as it was an engagement present for a friend. Friday rolls around got no email called again they had no record of it being sent to dispatch at this point I just asked for a refund as I needed the gift for that night. Very unhappy with being left in the lurch”
