“I love my Mullingar Pewter Engraved Ladies Pendant Pocket Watch so, so much! The pendant watch is lovely with the Claddaugh on the front of the case and engraved on the back of the case really beautifully just like I ordered it. Ireland is my heart! “I had a question about engraving and received a very quick response! My order (including the time to engrave) was about a 2 day turnaround!! And shipping....I couldn't believe how quick it got to me in the U.S. My package arrived safe and secure in about 4 inches of bubble wrap! All around fantastic service.”

“1. I did not receive my order, and in the tracking link was no information listed. I have family in Ireland and wanted to introduce Irish products to business partners...instead I had to tell them that the products were not delivered. It bothers me even more, because I could have ordered the products over Amazon (send from Carrolls) instead from Carrolls directly. And Amazon provides tracking information. 2. After 2 weeks and 3 emails to customer service I have not received my money back. Nearly 100 Euro were not reimbursed. Very poor business practice. After this experience I can not recommend Carrolls any longer”

“I was surprised to receive my order so fast and it was received in beautiful packaging and the engraving was perfect. I’m just a bit disappointed as I would like to order more, but the website has one price then when I go to check out the price is 10.00 more.”

“I bought a blanket for my baby and am very happy with the purchase! even more I think that this is one of the most successful children's purchases! delivery is very convenient and fast. Very nice warm wool blanket. A pleasant surprise was a card with explanations of knitted symbols on a blanket! The only thing is that the blanket must be washed well before use. It smells a little like sheep's wool, but for me this is a plus, because it is a guarantee of quality and naturalness, which was very important for me. Thank you very much!”
