“I'm very happy with the selections and prices especially when I was there visiting in September. However I needed more after I returned back to my hometown so I ordered online.”

“I have ordered Five or six times from Carrolls, Tayto Cheese & Onion bag, and the bag size is always .42g. However, on my last order, they switched the bag size to .25g. When I sent an email explaining about the wrong bag size they denied I ever received any other bag size except .25 This is not what I expected from customer service, for you to disbelieve me and insult my honesty and integrity. " What happened to the customer is always right." ”

“Best customer service ever. They are very response to messages left on their website. Our package was delivered poorly and consequently it was eaten by animals. They reshipped at no charge. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.”

“First of all I received a wrong order. I got the Guiness Golf Gift Basket. Returned that one and requested the original Large set of Ireland Golf Gift Basket. Received that however included in the box I got two Ireland 5 piece Golf gift set and the Exclusive to Carrolls Irish Gifts Golf Gift set 3 Parts was not included.”

“The 2 necklaces I ordered online are so tiny that it looks like something an elementary student would wear. I have not given them to the two adult women I ordered them for because it looks like I am cheap and the necklaces were not inexpensive. They are still sitting on my side table….not sure what to do. We bought a shamrock necklace at Carroll’s while in Ireland in September but couldn’t find it online to get two more so ordered another style and they turned out a microsize. Pretty but really tiny.”

“I ordered a large cardigan, and unfortunately I was sent a XXXL Given that the intended recipient of this cardigan is not morbidly, obese or overweight. It was somewhat disappointing. However, the garment itself is beautiful and I will probably buy another one. Although I will likely send an email to make certain that they know the right sizing.!”
