“Haven’t received the order. Placed 11-24. Shipped 11-27. Was told 57 business days to the US. Sent a request to find out what was going on Thursday 12-16. Said they would respond in 24 hours. Nope. Just checked this am and see it made it to US yesterday 12-17. Hoping to have it for Christmas?!?!”

“I ordered a lady's lambswool roll-neck sweater, size small, but I think I was sent a man's size small instead so I had to return it. It did look good quality and was well-made, though.”

“Having walked passed carrolls on numerous occasions over the years , thinking it really was for tourists , I decided to call in and have a nosy , I was so impressed I got most of my Xmas presents there , I definitely won't b passing by again , a great shop with gifts to suit everyone 🙂”
