“The Baileys Irish cream chocolate bombs are poorly packaged for shipment. Two out of 6 boxes had broken bombs (2 out of 3) in their packages. Very dissapointing after waiting 3 weeks for the items.”

“I was so excited to find Carroll's as my husband loves Bailey's Irish Cream chocolates and they are so hard to find here. I was a bit skeptical about ordering from another country but it arrived safely in 3 weeks and was securely packaged with all intact. This is a Christmas gift and I know it will be my husband's favorite. I would definitely order from Carroll's again. Also, they provide tracking info so always knew where my package was, I really appreciated following the journey.”

“Bought a hoodie for my son in Dublin in 2019, he loved it .. and lost it. I ordered a new one on line and by accident got the wrong size. Carrolls Irish Gifts has The Best customer service, they scheduled a return (from the US) and refunded me .. without any issues. I ordered and received the correct size and I know my son will be so happy to get this gift. The quality is great and overall very happy with my purchase!!”
