“Order was posted quickly, carefully wrapped for international delivery, received in good condition, as pictured, good quality products with stamps of authentication. Very happy customer, everything was as I'd hoped for. International delivery was delayed due to covid interruptions with international postal services, no fault of business, I received an email confirming post had the delivery cleared for the next flight on the following business day.”

“I was very disappointed. The bath bombs that I ordered were crushed, the sheep ornament was damaged, the lip balm was missing completely from the order, in the slippers I am a true size 6.5 US and I couldn’t even get my feet into them. I was credited. I felt that order was put together poorly nothing was wrapped it was just thrown in the box no bubble wrap.”

“I placed an order and within a couple of days the order was delivered. I was also sent emails confirming the order and to let me know when said order would be delivered. The items I received were of great quality and reasonably priced. I will use Carroll's gift shop again.”

“I ordered some items online. When I went to collect them , they were not as pictured on the website. I asked for a refund, but was told that I'd have to apply online. I was not happy with this - staff had a big argument with me, but eventually refunded me at the till in store. I will not be recommending 'Carrolls' to others after my experience with them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.”

“Désolé, mais j"attend encore une partie de ma commande. Sur les 17 paquets commandés, je n'ai reçu que le colis 2/2 soit 8 paquets. Pourquoi faire 2 colis !!! Sorry, but I'm still waiting for part of my order. Of the 17 packages ordered, I only received the 2/2 package with 8 packages. Why do you make 2 packages !!!”

“I ordered a birthday present for my friend in Seattle on 17th January any it still haven't arrived, I made a mistake when ordering and somehow ordered 2 but when I requested that one be removed from the order they said it was already dispatched..but here I am on the 6th Feb and still no package..I've ordered from you before but I'm so disappointed now I would think twice before ordering again.”
