“This was one of the worst customer experiences i have had. I ordered a gift more than 6 weeks in advance of the date I wanted it for (if was a present). It never arrived as there put the wrong shipping address on it - they never informed or told me about this, i had to find out on my own. Then when they reshipped it, they only delivered the glass and forgot the hamper. This was supposed to be a birthday present and i did not have time to wait any longer. The whole interaction was approx 6 weeks long. This was incredibly diasappointing and the incompetence shown was very disappointing. Perhaps the service is different in Ireland, but be very cautious if you are ordering abroad.”

“Jumper I ordered went from €79 to €85 in a week,plus dpd lost the order and I had to ask Carroll’s to get another one,which they did,a week later but it was too late for the christening I was going to,so very disappointed and will not be buying again”

“I have ordered Connemara Irish Breakfast tea from Carrolls for more than 5 years. Carrolls is amazingly fast shipping the tea to the USA. I had one issue when they shipped the wrong tea. Customer service communications were timely via email which worked well with the 5 hour time difference. I highly recommend Carrolls for their customer service and the quality of their merchandise.”

“Thank You Carrolls'! I live in Missoula, Montana and I was looking for Butler Chocolate for Hot Chocolate and couldn't find any ... anywhere. I think there must be a shop around here that sells it, because a friend gave me a box at Christmas time ... anyway, Carrolls' shipped out the chocolate and I got it here in Montana in about 6-days ... from Dublin ... Ireland ... AMAZING! Thanks again Carrolls'- I so apreciate it.”
