“Nice gift shop and carries a good range of Irish rugby attire for babies/small kids. It it, however, difficult to order a gift with them online as they do not allow for gift receipts or the ability to put a note on the package, so the recipient knows who it is from. If they rectify that then the service will be great.”

“The cardigan was defective, so needed to be returned. Their Customer Service is terrible: they have promised to refund the payment but it remains outstanding. The worst service I’ve encountered in the last 5 years.”
