“I ordered these candles all the way from the States just so our home could smell like Ireland again. Our package came very quickly and in perfect condition. We will definitely order from Carrolls again. Thank you!”

“Having ordered a gift to be sent to a friend in Lanzarote, after two attempts my gift was returned. This was supposed a surprise. More than disappointing. I will now give Gifts Direct the opportunity to get the job done for me. There was no sincere apology only the comment that they were send on my refund. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Paid extra for express delivery, item did not arrive. Contacted customer services to be told there was a hold up at customs and it would be another 2-3 days. I never received any communication from Carroll’s or FedEx. Requested refund for delivery fee but was refused. Very poor customer service.”

“I love Carrolls Irish Gifts. The Butlerʻs chocolates are wonderful but so are many of the other things they have available. I like the jewelry options like earrings and necklaces. I like the souvenirs typical of Ireland and the Guineess merchandise. The scarves are nice, fun tshirts, so much more. Ordering online makes it possible to re-live a trip to Ireland later as well.”

“The assortment is very nice and interesting. It makes a nice gift. However, both packages arrived damaged, so the presentaton box could not be used. The box is actually quite nice with the magnetic clasp. Re-using it would be a gift in iteself. It wouldn't be proper to gift someone a crushed box. Better packaging is recommended.”
