“Being 1/2 Irish, my 14 year old granddaughter, wanted something from Ireland for her birthday. We bought her the Shanore Claddagh January Garnet Birthstone Pendant Adorned With Crystal. She loved it! The transaction was easy and shipping was much less than I thought. The gift came well packaged and quickly. The quality was good; birthstone and crystals were tight in the fitting, the metal of good weight and seemed durable. It is just as pictured; very pretty and traditional. We will definitely be ordering more items from Carrolls Irish Gifts.”

“Customer Service was terrible. I received my order with one item missing and the gift box missing from the custom glass I bought. Called the shop on Wednesday the day I received person I got through to said he'd send the remainder of the order to there dispatch centre and if receive an email once done. I had ordered this and payed priority shipping as it was an engagement present for a friend. Friday rolls around got no email called again they had no record of it being sent to dispatch at this point I just asked for a refund as I needed the gift for that night. Very unhappy with being left in the lurch”

“Paid an extra 9.99 for the fastest delivery possible and was told it would be 2-3 days. My item wasn't even shipped for atleast 2 weeks and arrived after 3 weeks. I got in contact with support twice and wasn't even offered reimbursement for the additional spendature for the fast delivery option. Very poor.”
