“The service and products were fantastic. I would happily order from your site again. The jelly cookies in particular I'm told!! However, some of the items I bought, were on offer on a different part of the site as 'Buy one get one free'. I was a bit hesitant with buying them as I couldn't figure out why the offer was so good in the first place. I thought that maybe they had a short date on them? As I said, it was a fantastic offer but I was trying to figure out if there was a catch :) Hope this helps”

“Team resolved all the below mentioned issues. It was well coordinated between different team member (Nimah and Stephen) to reduce the shipping cost for Carroll. Now i am waiting to see the product once received and enjoy it. ----------------------------- 2 items from the order are missed. 1 is partially damaged. I am discussing with Niamh from customer Helpdesk to resolve it. Please provide him support to get it sorted ASAP. Now one of the product which missed in delivery is out of stock in require size hence I requested for another product i hope as goodwill gesture it will be sent. I am pleased that damaged item will be resent. I have requested to solve this ASAP and provide with details of shipment so it can be tracked to closure. I am sure this would be error and one off. At the moment with reluctance I have given 3 star as rating. This would change once issue is solved. I have complete trust in Carroll’s team.”

“I ordered a lovely teapot for my sister who collects them. I haven't seen it because I had it sent directly to her. But she sent me a cute little ecard to thank me for her gift.
