“I bought my mom and mother-in-law delicious Irish treats, slippers, and a candle from Carroll's Irish Gifts and they absolutely loved everything they got. I was surprised at how quickly they received their gifts since they came directly from Ireland. One lives in Boston, Massachusetts and the other lives in San Diego, California and both received their gifts a couple days apart; San Diego gift obviously would take an extra couple of days. I also received shipping notifications which was nice. I will definitely purchase again and recommend Carroll's Irish Gifts to others!”

“The message I sent was not included with the hamper therefore the family did not know whom it was from. They eventually rang Carrolls and traced who it was from. To be honest, it was embarrassing for the family as well as for me. I was disappointed”

“I had been a little annoyed initially, as Carrolls had got my delivery details wrong. The first Carrolls agent I contacted on line to correct this was not very helpful. A day or two later I tried again. This time I was attended by an agent named SAKSHI. I am happy to say I received wonderful service from this lady (I assume she is lady, not gent). She handled all the slightly complicated matters of redoing the order in a most efficient and courteous way. I even made an error on my part, but she dealt with it graciously. Before dealing with SAKSHI I would have said that I will never order on line from Carrolls again, but now I am happy to say you will get further orders from me. I just want SAKSHI to be on hand if there are any complications! David Barnwell”

“We love ordering from Carolls as we weren’t able to visit the family in Ireland the last few years due Corona-Warn we shopped a bit online for the Irish feeling at home in Berlin. We got lovely gifts and sweets and biscuits and chocolates and Taytos... looking forward to the next specials 😉”

“I wouldn't reccomend this company at all. I ordered a package to go to my brother in the US for Christmas in early November and it never arrived. They did refund me when I complained but at that stage Christmas was over and it was too late to send anything else.”
