“My husband purchased a hat while we were visiting Ireland in September. We gathered with his family for Thanksgiving and his dad who has been battling prostate cancer for 15 years tried on the hat and it looked great on him. My husband and I decided to order the same hat to keep his head warm since he has lost his hair. I ordered on the Friday after Thanksgiving and had shipped directly to their home. He received a week after we ordered and was extremely surprised and loves the hat. Thank you!”

“Very nice people to work with. Unfortunately, my order came in two separate boxes and one box had two glasses in that came broken and probably shipped by a outside vendor. They acknowledged it and are shipping two more and should get it soon but not yet? I'm from the state of Iowa, USA and appreciated the free shipping. No fear, they stand behind what they do!”

“I used Carroll's website about 3 weeks ago to order 5 engraved Guinness tankards. I was told the following day that my order had been completed and was on the way. It arrived promptly and I was very satisfied with the end product. I decided to use Carroll's website to purchase some Christmas presents a week ago. My order was confirmed on Monday and I heard nothing more from the company. The website said purchases would be despatched within one or two days within the Republic of Ireland. On Wednesday I sent in a query on their website and was given a ticket number and told I would be answered within 24 hours. Today is Friday and the only correspondence I have had from the company is an email to ask how satisfied I am with my order. I have given two stars instead of one because of my first order.”
