“Good selection of items on the website but still haven't received my item from an order placed on 17th November. Based within Scotland so i acknowledge that my purchase is being sent to a non-EU country and recent postal UK strikes have been taken place. Hopefully it will arrive soon.”

“I received the first parcel on 28-11 and was concerned when the second took long as it was a gift of snacks and worried that a postal inspector might be enjoying them. Happily, it arrived and I am very pleased will use your services again probably in March. Thank you so much. Happy Christmas to all.”

“I’m really impressed with the service and customer care from Carroll’s. I ordered a jumper for my dad which we loved but it was the wrong size and they didn’t have his size in stock . When I contacted Carroll’s about a return there was no problem. In fact they sent a courier to collect it no charge to me and processed my refund without question once they had received the jumper back. We ordered a new jumper for dad which arrived within 3 days and it was an equally beautiful jumper. I’m very very happy . Thank you”
