“Carrolls team should have informed me about the possibility to pay extra costs for the customs. I sent a box as a present and the receiver paid for it. Moreover, the lead time is not 5-7 days as mentioned. This should have been clarified as well.”

“Hi this is Ann Hill Darren’s mum ,I was disappointed in the delivery . It took about 8 days to deliver the parcel after i was told it was en route ,the crackers were broken and the cheese was in the box for 8 days before my son received it . I am sorry but I didn’t think it was good value for 50 euros”

“While I was in Ireland I went to several Carrolls shops and loved them. I couldn't find enough of the cushions I wanted so was very happy to be able to order them on line, and have them delivered to my daughter, who lives in Ireland, and it was all so quick, they arrived in plenty of time for me to bring back to Belgium. Lovely shop,”
