“Love Carroll's Irish Gifts great prices and beautiful items thank you. However this time I was very disappointed as the parcel was missing items and ; First off; Pot rests weren't received, Two; the Celtic plate was broken in half with a big chip on the edge. If that wasn't enough I had to pay $80.00 to get the parcel which I have never had to do before WHY??? I don't know what has changed with orders but I will say I want the Ceramic Pot Stands (never received), replaced along with the Ceramic Celtic Cross Display Plate that was broken also replaced plus $80.00 dollars that I had to pay to get the parcel. Normally I would give you 5 stars but this was so upsetting missing and broken items so disappointing, hopefully you will resolve this asap.”

“There was a problem delivering my order so it got sent back to the company without any notification. I waited for it for nearly three weeks before I enquired and they told me what had happened. They then said I would get a refund for it but I'm still waiting on that too. Extremely poor service and communication.”

“Let me start by saying that I do not like giving bad reviews... however since this seems to be the only point of communication since I received my package here goes. Everything porous smelled like mildew!!! When I opened the box my Granddaughter said is that what Ireland smells like? Heartbreaking!!! This being an international order would be too much of a hassle to return so I sucked it up along with the astronomical amount that I paid in taxes!!!! On the other hand the package came in a timely fashion and everything nonporous are of good quality and will make great gifts and such.”

“I placed an order for a cardigan for my godchild…I erroneously ordered the wrong size. The client service team at Carroll’s was absolutely fabulous to work with - I actually had to change the item altogether and they handled it all quickly and efficiently. I will always shop Carroll’s for my Irish gifts exclusively from here in our - both when in and out of Ireland!”
