“I recently ordered some chocolate candy with a hint of liquor in them from Carrolls Irish Gifts and I must say that all of them are delicious! I am eating a Baileys Chocolate truffle with salted caramel and a hint of Baileys right now and it is yummy. My delivery was perfect coming all the way from Ireland to the U.S. and the candy arrived in great shape. The delivery also was very quick.”

“My first order was the incorrect color. The shirt was black but had a navy tag. I had ordered navy. After sending an email, Carroll's Irish Gifts is sending a replacement.”

“Although the actual contents of the hamper were beautiful, as always, I was extremely disappointed as the Guinness box (as well as outer packaging) was severely damaged. I know this is a courier issue as I truly believe it wouldn't have been sent like this.”

“The ordered whisky glasses are packed so that they are stuck together. They cannot be removed without breaking the other glass. In addition, one has cracks in it. These glasses were going to be a gift, but now I can't give them as a gift. How do I deal with this?”

“I made an order and due to royal mail customs bringing it into England it's still not arrived 4 weeks later. I contacted Carroll's and dealt with Shannon and Nicola they re-shipped to my Aunt's in the north of Ireland and I was able to get it posted to me in England all in the space of 4 days. Thank you so much, this was a birthday pressie which is late but at least I have something now.”
