“Gifts are usually of a high quality, website easy to use, but every order so far has run into difficulty when it came to payment, either as a customer or 'guest' as I have had to use both methods.”

“I ordered The Hot Drinks Connoisseur Gift Basket for my mother's birthday here in the states. Easy as could be to order. I rated Carrolls a 4 only because the tracking information given at the time of shipment was only for the Irish side. Once it reached the states the only information it gave was that the package had been handed off to an American shipping partner. The package did arrive rather quickly (faster than the estimated time) once it entered the states and my mother loved everything. Without hesitation, I will order from them again in the future.”

“Great variety, used as was doing a hamper for father in laws 60th and so much guiness products to choose from. Unfortunately the lid was off on one of my sauces but was wrapped well for didn't leak on anything else. Just left that product out the gift I gave”

“The product was wonderful! Fresh and beautifully packaged. And delicious. In addition, the price was decent. My only complaint was that for several days tracking didn't work so I didn't know when to expect the gift.”
