“The service from Lisa and Russel at the CarStore was exceptional. I'd been looking for a new car for a few months and had kept in regular contact, nothing was too much hassle and when it finally came time to purchase Lisa and Russel really went the extra mile to ensure that everything was in place. It's not everyday that you buy a car and it's obviously a big commitment so to have the kind of support offered from the CarStore is a real help. I can't recommend CarStore enough and I'm already telling friends to give them a call.”

“My sales advisor Chris was great. He made me feel really welcome and answered any questions i had. I did have some issues with the hand over team and a colleague in sales that was not my sales adviser with giving me missinformation and telling me i couldn’t get my car when i had origonally arranged. This was all fixed for me by jamie reid which meant i got my car on time and back to being a happy customer.”

“My representative was Stuart Fraser. From the very start he showed great customer service in narrowing down options to chose the car that was right for me. He took it upon himself to collect the car I had chosen and was very informative throughout the process.”

“All of the cars were indoors and the salesmen were not pushy in any way and gave you time to look at different cars without pressurising us. Other companies salesmen have a tendency to pounce on you as soon as you walk on the forecourt and at times are more concerned with how you are paying for the car rather than what type of car you are after - Arnold Clark is a good example of this where you end up walking away from the salesman. The whole process of looking at the car, test driving it and purchasing the car was made very straightforward and the unveiling of the car on the day we collected it was a nice touch. Your salesman Kim Dorrens was very helpful and appreciated what we were after and did not try to lead us towards a car which we were not interested in. The showroom was very clean and the cars well set out plus having them all unlocked was helpful as we sat in quite a few different models. The whole experience was stress-free and I would recommend anyone I know who is thinking of getting a car to at least visit your showroom at Hillington.”

“My initial experience of Peter Vardy and Michael our sales team member was very professional and efficient. Unfortunately a few hiccups occurred after but theses have been dealt with swiftly and the customer care I have received from Michale and his manager Alaister has reinforced my trust in the company. The issues have been dealt with and they have both gone above and beyond to ensure the work will be completed.”
