“Have bought 5 cars now between my partner and myself we love the friendly atmosphere of the carstore,from the second we walk through the door we know we are welcomed by the amazing staff,as returning customers its nice that we are remembered,theres no pressure selling and we are happy to walk around the carstore at our leisure.From the purchase to handover our experience is fantastic.We have recommended the carstore to our families friends and work colleagues,keep up the good work”

“Craig very efficient. All the staff we came in contact with made were all very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Every aspect of the deal went very smoothly. Yvonne was also very efficient and sorted out a minor problem, with the car, that we had to have fixed. All in all a very satisfactory experience.”

“Personalised service from Craig Dick who was friendly, approachable and followed up on my initial telephone enquiry. Craig took time to talk to us about several options and made end to end process so easy. We took a few cars out for a test drive and wasn’t pressured or rushed. Craig was a pleasure to deal with.”

“On arrival I was greeted with a friendly receptionist who took me in to the store and introduced me to Jodie who helped me in finding the car I was after. Only out to have a look around Jodie took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and managed to get me a Great deal. Many car garages I feel are far to pushy as well as the sales person, however on this occassion I did not feel any pressure to buy. I was more than happy with the customer service I received and would highly recommend as well as return in the future, will be sure to ask for Jodie. Thanks for all the help.”

“What a great experience me and my family had visiting your store in hillington. We were dealt by a guy called Craig. He made us feel very welcomed and nothing was a hassle what so ever. My 2 year old loved it and had some free ice cream and free juice. She even experienced the lovely pick up of pur new car where pur car was covered in a purple cover ready for my 2 year old to press the magical button. She talked about her experience to family and her friends in nursery. Was a great touch and she meet a lady called Nicola who worked in the store who gave my little girl a duck. What a lovely lady she was she chatted away to my little girl. I also got my new car the same day and I'm very happy with it. Thank yous all for a experience, I will most definitely recommend yous to friends and family and I will be purchasing my next car with yous too.”

“Excellent service, friendly staff, huge choice of vehicles on site After having a look on the website I had an idea what I wanted to see when I went in. I spoke to Chris and he took me to see a few different vehicles before I chose the one I bought Once all the paperwork was dealt with I was able to pick my car up the same day An excellent service from start to finish”

“I am delighted at the level of service I received from your store... the salesmen listened to what I was wanting and nothing was too much trouble for him... I will definitely be recommending Peter Vardy to any friends/family that will be looking to buy a car... your store and members of staff are friendly and very efficiant and didn’t pressurise me into anything... and my grandchildren were very well taken care of with their ice cream and children’s corner... well done to Craig and I’m well chuffed with my new car... thanks again”
