“I had a very satisfactory experience buying my car at your store on Friday 31 October2019. My friend who was with me also rated the experience first class. She was comparing it to the service she experienced when sge bought her car ar a different place in June this year. Everyone was so friendly, more than one person offered us tea, coffee biscuits etc. A pleasant experience all round and i am perfectly happy with my purchase.”

“We were met at the door by Matthew Brannigan who was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Matthew went out of his way to deliver the car to me and was able to answer any queries. I’m really happy with my new car and the service I received. Highly recommend. The store is well laid out with good facilities and family friendly.”

“The minute you arrive on site at car store you are made to feel special. They are polite and friendly and offer you cup of tea/ coffee your preference and are happy to go get it. While talking with your dealer, managers will pop over and introduce themselves and as for your own salesman we’ll he can’t do enough from start to finish you are kept up to date with your deal. This company is first class from beginning to end.”

“When I went I i was welcomed I then was given my sale advisor Matthew who was amazing from start to finish he helped make the process a lot easier his customer skills were amazing even on his day off he was still arranging to make sure I received my car on time he helped with all his customer service was the best even after I revived my car I had something to sort his quick response was amazing when I recommending anyone to come to store he will be one I will be sure for anyone to ask for it was great service all round love my new car”

“I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Peter Vardy CarStore recently. The salesman Graham Milne was really approachable, and knowledgeable too about the the car I was thinking of buying. He was very patient as I wasn’t sure of the colour I wanted and nothing was a bother to him. He kept me informed all the way through from viewing to buying. This was my first time buying a car from Peter Vardy and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this dealer again for a future purchase. I’ve already recommended the dealer to my neighbour and also to a few friends. Don’t really think I could get any of the staff to improve on anything as everyone that dealt with me especially Graham was brilliant. Keep doing what you’re doing because it works ! a happy customer 😀”

“Walking into Peter vardy at braehead I felt like a VIP. I was taken to a sales man called Denis. (Much better than hanging about waiting on someone to come and talk to you). Denis was so friendly and knowledgeable and attended to our needs and wants. Within a day I drove my brand new 69 plate car out the show room.”

“What made my wife and I happy on our first-year visit to the Car Store? Well, a warming coffee on arrival hit the mark on a cold, Glasgow day. Did not know so many cars were on view indoors in the giant "barn" so it was good to warm up while checking out the machinery. Salesman Graham was there to help and he provided sterling support from start to finish. Great asset to the company. We ended up buying a Kia Venga, a car I had never heard of until that very afternoon. A quirky choice, yes, but quirky suits me just fine. The car had a glass, panoramic sunroof and that helped seal the deal. The purchase was completed two days later with the help of Jennifer, another Vardy employee with the right attitude. Altogether, a stress-free way to car buying. Congratulations all round.”
