“Have now purchased 4 vehicles from Pater Vardy CarStore and on each occasion all staff have been very helpful, Each purchase was without fault, no problems whatsoever. When buying another car I visit Peter Vardy first.”

“Excellent service as soon as I came through the door,was looking at the car I came to see and was attended to by Ryan Porterfield,was very clued up on the car and put my mind to ease straight away with any questions I had,the best thing of all he told me what I needed to hear and gave me the keys and left me and my girlfriend alone to get a feel for the car which I feel is very important as you don’t want someone breathing down your neck and being pushy.once I was ready Ryan was waiting and had me out on the road within 5 minutes for a test drive,very very professional and very friendly would recommend to anyone......5 stars all round for Ryan’s sale of the car it couldn’t have went more smoothly for us”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered all questions and queries. Darren Lafferty our sales gentleman went through different options allowed us to test drive cars and clearly explained all the different areas the cars where in. Made my little girl very welcome even when uncovering the car got her involved in bringing on the music and pulling the cover off.”

“On entering the showroom, we were welcomed, our temperature checked, and allowed in to view the cars, every member of staff was open, friendly and unobtrusive but available to help if I needed information on the vehicles, Darren was my salesman, extremely nice, not pushy, and completed the transaction effortlessly...all in all a good experience...pick up took longer when I went to finalize the purchase on Monday evening...but again staff very friendly and accommodating, two key fobs given but unfortunately they hadn’t been tested prior to delivery, and one wasn’t working, also had to come back to the showroom today to pick up the SD card for the onboard sat nav...feel these little things could be checked prior to the hand over...Lia took payment and handed over the car...as I intimated pleased with the salesman, and overall the staff are not overbearing but are very helpful, and other than the tiny niggle with key and SD card, would happily recommend Peter Vardy in the future...a member of staff phoned me regarding SD card the day after I collected the car...”

“All staff very welcoming, attentive, helpful & friendly. Throughout the purchase no pressure was made on the customer with time taken to go into the finer details which gave me reassurance. The car store has an upbeat atmosphere and it makes buying a car a pleasurable experience.”

“Picked my new Audi A6 up from Hillington carstore on the 27th of October.My sales man was sandy stevenson he sorted me out with Everything I was looking for and it went as smooth as it can go when picking up a new car. We had a few wee obstacles to get over but we got there in the end. It is my Second time gettting a car from here and am pritty sure I will be back in the future . All in all a good experience also dealt with Harry,Stephen and also Chloe who done the hand over realy nice people.”

“Salesman was very helpfull and polite. I think I made the mistake of paying in full in advance as when I picked up my vehicle I was a bit dissapointed that I had to valet it myself! Also dissapointed it seemed to be exempt from the Peter Vardy used car promise regarding dents and scratches as viewed from two metres! I have since valeted it myself and polished scratches and am now very pleased with my car.”
