“Good experience buying a nearly new car at Peter Vardy Hillington, and also post-purchase, as car showed a couple of intermittent electronic gremlins which dealership is investigating quickly. I previously rarely changed my car and was nervous about buying through a dealership, especially on my own, during covid. However, the whole experience felt very simple and safe. I had the opportunity to try more than one car at short notice. I felt supported not pressured during and after the appointment, and everyone was very helpful. Chris Mitchell, the salesman, in particular was patient and informative. The prices were competitive. Would recommend Chris as the good service didn’t stop at point of purchase. He’s been responsive, very helpful and instrumental in getting swift attention for the glitches. Hoping those will be resolved quickly and easily as otherwise I’m happy with my purchase. I’ll be changing my car more frequently in future and would use Chris again.”

“Christopher Mitchell from Hillington Carz, who I have been dealing with, has been most helpfull, friendly and knowlagable and has told me to contact him if I need any further help with the car. I have at arranged with your garage to return the vehicle next week, for them to fix a few things I noticed when I took it for a first drive i.e. Brake lamp warning light, rear bulb not working and no screen wash at all in car .I thought these things would have been sorted out after going through the advertised Peter Vardy 114 point checkup etc. I have also asked for a copy of the 114 point test report and Service history as the last recorded paperwork I received was from 2017 ( photos attattched ) Many Thanks John MacDonald”

“After buying the car from Chris Mitchell. Everything went to plan. From being contacted with delivery date to collecting the car on my requested date and time everything went like clockwork. “Jamie Reid who used to be the manager of this showroom put me in touch with one of the managers , Michael and Harry to help me out when my current car needed replacing. He even popped in to say hi on the way from his work to make sure I was being looked after. Everyone I have encountered in Peter vardy have been fantastic. We bought a car here last year just before lockdown and knew we wouldn’t go anywhere else. No sales pressure from anyone and complete honesty throughout which is refreshing and unusual for this industry. Can’t praise the whole team enough but especially Harry as my purchase wasn’t the most straightforward or easy.”

“The staff in the car store are very friendly and warm welcoming when we view the car that we are interest in. “Chris Mitchell was a joy to deal with. He made both of us feel very comfortable in what can only be described as tricky times. His knowledge of the car(s) we were interested in was 1st class.
