“This was my second car purchase with Peter Vardy Carstore, I can't imagine dealing with another dealership now and in the future. The days of dealing with disinterested and underwhelmed staff are over for me. Lisa and Russell were incredibly efficient and personable and I'll be sure to recommend Carstore to anyone looking to buy or sell their car.”

“Friendly staff and not pushy, gave plenty of time to make decision about what car we liked. Nice set up, with lots of cars to view under cover. Prices did appear to be very competitive.”

“On picking up the car we noticed that there was a fault with the indicator warning light in the car. We left the car to be repaired and were told that it would get looked at the next day which did not happen so after poor service which we received over the course of the following week regarding the car we asked for a full refund which we finally got. Very disappointed with all aspects of the after sales service !!!”

“We were looked after by Michael Payne, he met up with my son first and helped him choose a car that was right for him, when I met Michael I was very impressed with him he had a great personality and made us feel as if we mattered even at the handover he was still so enthusiastic for us at our purchase would definitely recommend him to our friends looking to purchase”

“I was made to feel very welcome, but in no way pressurised, from the moment I walked through the door, until I bought and took delivery of my car. Lots of complimentary tea, toast and Shloer too!!! And a wee fluffy duck 😊”

“This was a faultless experience with Brian McWilliams making me at ease throughout the whole buying process, my trade in car was fairly priced and I was a little nervous with the amount of money I was spending and any pit falls, none what so ever and Brian settled me with a test drive on my first visit after phoning about the car. I decided to but the car after that. All options were discussed after the test drive and I was not pressurised into buying anything I did not want to. The young lady at the handover was also very professional in her role and it was honestly a hassle free experience and I would definetly recommend. I come from a service industry and I know what is good and bad and standards of performance expected and you guy's at the frontline of Peter Vardy are definetly in the 5 star rating. Well done Brian and team, keep up the great work and I hope not just me, but my friends and family will deal with you again in the future, thanks for the hassle free experience”

“I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. I think this makes this makes peter vardy and this particular car store unique. All the members of staff were more than happy to welcome me into the store and help me.Brian was happy to spend time getting to know what I was looking for in terms of model and price. I then was able to find the car I was looking for with Brian’s help and patience by the end of my visit. I was very happy with the service I received as I had help through the whole process of finding and purchasing my first car.”
