“The 5 star review is for Craig who sold me the car he didn’t try talk me into anything I didn’t want or anything over my budget he was really honest & kept me up to date as much as he could. Couldn’t fault him at all. So thanks Craig ... However I had a few issues along the way that disappointed me , online stated that the road tax would be £30 a year to find out it was actually £120 , the repair team told me my car was ready to test drive again and I made my way to the show room to be told that the car was actually at the body shop so wasted journey over there. On the day of collecting my car I was really excited as you would expect when you has just bought your first car to be to be left waiting for an hour after my app time which really killed the excitement of it all when the girl came over to me she didn’t as much as apologise for my wait and it was actually Craig who basically done everything from signing , handing out keys and taking final payment so not sure why I was left waiting so long when there was so many salesmen floating around the full time I sat there. So overall experience at Peter vardy wasn’t great but like I said Craig deserves the 5 star review & im pleased with my first car purchase.”

“Great over all experience, everything explained all the way through the process. Great first contact using the Web page and then contacted from Peter Vardy Glasgow Store. Very friendly reception and shown through to a sales person Craig, he new his stuff and was in top form for a sale. Nice touch bringing the car into the Show room so you can look over it, great test drive, deal done on trade-in and sale made. Contacted by handover team, final paperwork completed and keys to my new car. Car was in A1 condition inside and out, absolutely immaculate ............... very happy man”

“From min we walked in we saw a happy face, then got greeted by Lewis, he never once put pressure on me with the big sell like other showrooms we had visited, he let me walk around showroom went out of his way to get me the right car for me , he never moaned when he took me for test drive and I got him lost lol, and he never moaned about having to stay late to finnish my sale , he is a wee asset to your company I definitely give him 5+ stars He also kept me updated on when my car would be ready and after I had my car he called to see how I was liking it Well done Lewis and the rest of your team”

“Bought a car with very little fuss. Roger ( Salesman ) made me feel at ease throughout the process. Car developed a fault as soon as I left the garage ( tyres needed balanced ) and was fixed the same day as reported. Gave me an excuse for another free coffee from the van. Cant really ask for much better than this.”
