“The staff were professional and put you at ease with adhering to restrictions in place.the sale of the car was smooth and effortless and even when there was a computer problem obtaining road tax this was overcome by sending a staff member to the post office.Darren Lafferty is a credit to your store.He has a lovely manner and was very efficient and knowledgable and did not put us under any pressure to take any additional options with the car. Our experience throughout was very positive and we would recommend your store to others looking for high quality cars.”

“Great experience, Craig went through the whole process and made it really easy. I was worried about my credit rating not allowing the purchase to go through but Craig prioritised the application to put me at ease. Great customer service and I would highly recommend Craig and the Hillington branch. Love my new car.”

“Extremely positive experience, friendly staff! Relaxing environment, no pressure to buy but I was given all the information to allow me to make my choice. Ryan guided me through the process of buying my first car he put me at ease. “An employee called Michael took me from start to finish, showing me the car and all it’s features, to then letting me test drive and work out the prices all while socially distanced. Everything was handled very professionally and he was very welcoming through the whole thing. Only thing I noticed was the car didn’t seem to come with car mats which was surprising but I can’t fault any part of peter vardys customer service.”

“Sales advisor was very helpful in choosing a car, background checking the service history of the first one looked at. Was also able to expedite the readiness of the chosen car for same day collection. Only snag was funds not clearing in time, something outwith the staffs control. So as a tip if you are cash buying, phone and double check funds have arrived before going to collect. However even this was dealt with promptly so I'd happily recommend Peter Vardy.”

“Very professional and polite team. I had a couple of minor problems with the car and on both occasions they fixed the car free of charge in a very courteous manner. It's running like a dream now.”
