“wasn't happy with the previous order, the jars I thought would be bigger, and in the picture, it showed a large jar next to the others and I assumed I was getting that jar also.”

“Never received my item, called to talk with customer service someone was supposed to call me back everytime and that never happened. 5 times I called and talked with some and NO callback. This is the second time I have ordered from cask cartel and the first time i got the wrong product as well and never received the product that I ordered.”

“I placed my order on Dec 5 2020 received my order on Jan 12 2021. I had called twice while waiting for my order was told I would get an email and a phone call and that didn’t happen. The labels on the moonshine bottles looked awful all rubbed off this was supposed to be a Christmas present not impressed with the customer service at all won’t be ordering again.”
