“It will be aged by the time I get it. They play the Covid game and blame the slow shipping on it. Just find it some other way. Take your money today but ship it a month or longer later ... never again!”

“I know you know this already, and honestly, I doubt that anyone there even cares. BUT since you asked for a review: I ordered this on December 10th, because your web site said orders ship in 3-5 business days, and that still left plenty of time to arrive by Christmas, as this was a GIFT. It finally arrived on January 11th, so it took over a month, and I had to reach out MANY times AND request a charge back on my credit card to even get you to ship it THAT fast. Never, EVER agin!”

“So disappointed with this company. It’s advertising is deceptive, at order time stated item in stock with retailer - ships in 3-4 days. Has been 19 days, one order still not arrived. I was notified that One order was delivered after 14 days, however it cannot be located at the delivery address (office) and company cannot tell me who signed for it, as they don’t have an account with Fedex, Only the retailer does and they cannot share that information, it’s confidential. I’ve paid this company $230 and this far have nothing to show for it. As far as I’m concerned this business is proving itself to be a total scam.”

“I have not received items I purchased on December 10 but money was taken out of my bank account on December 11, today is January 10th. I will be canceling my order and will never buy from this company again.”

“I placed my order on December 10. It was finally delivered on January 10. It took them 30 days to deliver, the exact amount of time their website says you have to wait before you can cancel an order. Two phone calls that they didn’t bother to return. It took four emails to even get a tracking number. It wasn’t delivered the day they said it would be, so that meant two days of someone being home to sign for it. Customer service was a series of excuses. Sometimes the exact same excuse emailed as before. I will never order from CaskCartel again. And I will be posting on Facebook about how long it took for CaskCartel to deliver.”
