“Caskcartel is terrible in all regards ???? They do not deliver on the goods promised. Even after their own fine print said 30 days they never shipped it. Then when I need address updated (since they took TOO long) customer support is hostile and unwilling to even correct the shipping label. I must escalate this publicly now to be sure others avoid Cask Cartel at all cost!”

“I made my order on 12/22 and have heard nothing since. No delivery no update nothing. Oh wait, I get daily ads about the whiskey I orders. Why would I order anything else until the first is delivered. So far very disappointing”

“Ordered 1/25. More than 2 weeks later still no updates on when my items will be even shipped. Conplete lack of keeping customers informed on process. I don't know if I need to file a claim on undelivered goods or they just haven't gotten around to shipping it yet.”
