“I’m tired of you screwing up my order if my order is not here by January 12th like promised when I talked to one of your employees Friday the 8th then expect to hear from me Tuesday wanting to refund my money because I’ve called several times trying to straighten this out and you guys can’t seem to get your shot together and your going to loose a good and new customer”

“You are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only did the web site tell me my wife Christmas present would ship in 3-4 days and take my money you repeatedly told me the order would go out to a local distributor who would deliver it, which never happened, you then proceeded to ship from YOUR warehouse in Fl, the day before you owed me a refund because your 30 days was up, VIA fedex in very poor packaging. I received Two broken bottles. I am beyond frustrated and mad at you! Your business practices are terrible. You cannot blame this on a local distributor, or COVID. This is 100% your bad business practice! If you knew you could not deliver you should have not taken the money!”

“Package was ordered on December 20,2020 still waiting and it’s January 9,2021 Christmas present was not received and had to buy another gift for the person this was meant fir. Customer service said everyone is having issues but I had no problem receiving all my other packages.”

“I ordered a bottle of whiskey on December 2nd, I got it on January 7th. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I called to complain and was assured the manager would call first thing the next morning. Never called. I bought a $100 bottle of whiskey and was sent a $35 standard bottle that I could get in my local liquor store. I will never use them again. Absolutely terrible”

“Ordered product on 12/20/2021 and still has not been received. Was made to believe it was going to be delivered today and current update reflects being in Chicago. Very poor service.”
