“Terrible customer service. I sent two boxes as gifts. Neither one had the gift message. I called customer service and it turns out the gift message is not included in the box, it is sent to the person as a text message. When I ask when that text message is sent I was told they did not know. They have no idea if the text message is sent the day it arrived or days before. I will never purchase from them again.”

“On December 5th, 2020 I ordered a collector bottle of whiskey. I was told their distributor no longer had it, but I could pay an additional $110 to another vendor or take a refund. I chose the refund. My bottle of whiskey arrived on January 6th, without it's original packaging/box and missing the 'free gift' I was supposed to receive when I placed my order.”

“The Rye Apple was 80 proof moonshine in a 50ML jar. The other 4 jars are sipping cream that are 40 proof in 40 ML jars and there is no signature of moonshine on the bottles. Very disappointed. However, the Rye Apply is very smooth and tasty but haven't tried the other yet. I paid 50.46 for something I could have gone to the liquor store and received much more. We were interested in trying SugarLands product and it also took from Dec 3rd to Jan 4th to arrive at my home. We probably won't purchase again.”
