Your shipping charges are very deceptive. Be upfront About that before you get to the end of the transaction. Thought I was getting a $100.00 and then I realized it was $130.00 plus with shipping.

They didn't give any updates on my order until it shipped. I had to call and complaint about my order and to find out if it was even shipped... not happy.. they left me hanging for information for over a week... not happy... not sure if I will order again.... then tracking want even correct... FedEx didn't even have my kid sign for the package which had alcohol in it... just a lot of mistakes....

Buyer beware. This is similar to a ticket broker. They charged me $199 for a $70 bottle of tequila. I ordered too quick and should have shopped around. When I tried to cancel they would only give me store credit.

Poor rating because of their failure to communicate their role as a broker taking orders for non-stocked items in my case. If their site was more forthcoming about them only being a middleman and not having items in stock, I would have placed my order with a direct seller. They claim I'll see my item in 1-3 weeks. We'll see.

Our order was submitted on 11/28; we were hoping to have the bottle for the Christmas Holiday with our guests in town. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until 12/29. Communication on shipping status was not easy during the time in between. I doubt we would use CaskCartel again.

Customer service person is very rude and will not answer specific questions regarding shipping & delivery dates. I was charged over $50 in FedEx shipping charges only to find out that the distributor is located only 40 minutes, in traffic, away from my shipping address in Miami.

I paid $199.00 for a bottle of Weller 750ml for my husband for Christmas. Then my husband found it at our local liquor store for $29.00. I'm only giving you the 2 srar rating because my package did arrive quickly with no problems but I definitely feel like I got ripped off.

When I ordered the shipping was to take 4-5 business days and it has well exceeded this. Thought they would be more considerate as I ordered an advent calendar. THe order was placed before Thanksgiving and I still don't have it. Guess my gift recipient will have some catching up to do. Disappointing...

I placed an order on 11-8 this is now 11-29 this is suppoe=se to be a christmas present for my boss but it's looking doubful that i will have it on time your ad says you have what i need in stock don't have to wait like other venders make you wait seems three weeks should be long enough i would appreciate any help you can give me thank you Jim Spraggins
