Not sure how this company changed it's business model but this version is poor. 2 of the last 3 orders have come weeks after the order was placed. There was NO proactive customer service to advise me what was going on and nothing happened until I inquired. I probably will try them one more time but their model using independent stores without a follow up on their part is not likely to work. Very disappointing.

When I purchased this gift, it gave no indication of when it would ship. When it did ship later it shipped during a time the recipient was out of town, unable to sign for the package. UPS did not leave any indicator until the FINAL time they tried to deliver. Due to this, the package was returned, instead of being able to make an adjustment to hold at a facility or ship to a different address. Then I was charged the shipping fee a second time in order to have the gift resent. And I still don't know when this item will ship, making it possible that this could all happen a second time. I realize that some of this is the fault of UPS, but as a business I would think you'd want to let UPS know where they are failing you and your customers. I think the cost of reshipping this is outrageous and has ensured I will not order from you in the future for gift purchases.

I ordered a case and only received three bottles. I haven’t been able to get anyone to do anything about this. I did not take a picture. I did not keep the box. I was hoping cask cartel only ship three and was going to ship three later.

Hard to review something that I have not yet received. I am not satisfied with a date missing for when to expect shipment. I am concerned that the length of time might mean you do not care product in stock. You were very quick to take out the money.

Shipping fees are absolutely ridiculous. That's on top of the ridiculous mark-up on products. For the price of the single product I bought, I could have bought three at Costco when I factor in the shipping. I have recommended to the person who gave us a gift card to never get us or anyone else a gift card from Cask Cartel. I would never recommend this site as a platform from which to buy or get a gift certificate.

I purchased from you because I couldn't find it anywhere else. I finally found it for a reasonable price of 20.99 a bottle where you are charging 79.99 a bottle. That just does not seem right and I cannot bring myself to spend that amount for a bottle that I know is not that much. That is taking advantage.
