You cannot charge $30 for an additional service impossible to deactivate. This was my first and last purchase in your company. Enjoy your greedy $30 earned.

Route protection is a scam. Other vendors don't charge route protection. Be aware. Cask will charge you for a product they don't even have. I would advise not to purchase from Cask.

Honestly, I feel like an idiot. I live in a control State and needed a bottle I couldn’t buy here. Something I could get for less than $30 in California for example. I paid double that and almost $40 for shipping - and it was just FedEx ground shipping. It took 10 days to get here. In that time they sent me 7 email advertisements but no order updates until It shipped. Never again.

I ordered a $600 bottle of vodka, which was delivered in bubble wrap packaging and with scratched-off lettering on the front and back. The original bottle is sold in a box, which was not included in the shipment. The delivered product looks like a "second-hand" bottle that has been repurposed and re-sold.

Lack of communication once order was placed until customer kept inquiring where delayed order was going to ship even after having been told items were in stock. CC rep finally provided shipping info from provider about a month after placing order. Since this was my first time using CC, I’ll return to using Sielbach’s where products ship quickly and customers are automatically kept apprised of order status.

Very much looked forward to this as a surprise for my husband. Website said expected shipping was 2-4 days. 5 emails and 3 weeks later...I was just notified that my order shipped. Eta 4.19. 3 days shy of a month after ordering. Hope its worth it.

my order took 32 days to get here . no updates given to me unless i asked for one which i did several times . they kept telling me they would expidite it . very poor service and would never use this company again

Not sure if the problem is Cask Cartel, the fulfillment vendor, or UPS. But I am pretty sure it is UPS. Horrible communications and miscommunications about delivery. In fact I do not even know where the package is.

Opted for free gift, received no free gift (only the whiskey that I had purchased) for a birthday present. No text message was sent to the birthday receiver either. $70 for whiskey, $30 for flat rate shipping, $1 for insurance against breakage. Had to call 2x to get past the automated system (pressing 1 only restarted the system). Rep said they could be out of the free gift (never clear what it was supposed to be) or shipping forgot to pack it. More upset that I had to call about something that could have been updated on the shipping or route emails and why ask for text message info on birthday if not going to send it to the person? The fed ex driver didn't require signature and left it next door on my mom's porch. I just happened to see him leave the driveway. I can honestly say I won't be a repeat customer; way too many issues. Trust pilot has your business reviewed at 2.5. I should have researched the reviews.yes
