“Your website states product ships like 1-4 days. I ordered on 12/8 and shipped on 12/21. Only reason I ordered from you guys. Disappointed won’t have it for our Christmas party tomorrow night. Merry Christmas Craig Wright.”

“Very quick to charge. Very slow to deliver. Absolutely no possibility of canceling an order. Since I have not gotten my order (after more than 10 days), I will withhold judgment on the quality. But I will never use them again. Significantly over priced and lots or up charges.”

“Just received my order, very disappointed, on the site it stated among the samples would be 2 different types of moonshine by Mark and Digger, I received NONE. Quite honestly I chose this sampler specifically for the Mark and Digger variety.”

“It has been more than 2 weeks since I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter in law, who has been asking for this. I still have not heard when it will be shipped or when it might arrive. If I don’t hear by Wednesday I’m going to have to try to find something else. I’m rather upset.”

“An expensive lesson learned! I needed a certain spirit as a gift and could not find it in stock anywhere. In this instance, Cask Cartel seemed to be my only option. An extremely expensive option. Especially for the "special packaging" that turned out to be standard for shipping liquor bottles of that size. Including obvious price markup and packaging fee I paid roughly twice as much as normal. I would recommend it only as an ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT!!!”

“Pricing for this site is absolutely asinine. Everything is priced WAY above secondary market prices, even for pre-orders on exclusive products only available through CaskCartel. I was told my order (placed in august) would ship mid-November. It is now mid-December and is just now being shipped. Customer service was not helpful either. I would absolutely avoid this sit at all costs.”

“I thought all packages had to be signed for ...........so I stayed at home all day and all evening waiting for my delivery. At 10:30 pm before going to bed I checked my front door and there is my package in plain sight. Why say a signature is required when it really is not? Maybe FEDEX needs to be reminded of the signature requirement. Or you need to stop talking about it.”

“I like the selections offered, but I HATE the wait for my order. I order and I get 0 notification of shipping until 2 weeks later I get a delivery date from UPS only to get a new notification from them saying "label created" 2 days after that and still a week after that, NO DELIVERY DATE. This is my second order and it will be the last, I should not have to wait a month or more for my order.”

“I ordered on November 21st, my order just shipped on Dec 6th. I purchased a whisky "advent calendar" and paid $58 shipping, under the assumption it would ship out quickly and arrive by Dec 1st. There was no communication about delayed fulfillment and no accountability for it either. This review is directed 100% at the experience, not a review of product quality. When you charge the customer for shipping and don't disclose long fulfillment times, that is a breach of trust and I will not be purchasing from your site again.”
