“I opened the package it was sticky and bottles opened .I payed alot for shipping and was disappointed . The flavors were good but .Upon the order in the picture it showed a big bottle that wasn't included i feel cheated with the price for all tiny bottles . I hope they can resolve my issue my package was all wet in moonshine and sticky .”

“The ordering process seems easy but then you have no true way to track your order your at the mercy of whoever to decide when to send it and routevapp is no help AT ALL so I'm probably not the best to review”

“Hello, I've had to give you a poor rating for this order. The ordering process is easy, but the delivery has been my issue for the 2 times I have ordered from you. With this order, I am short the 3 bottles of 1921 Reposado and whatever the bonus gift was supposed to be. I just replied back to some other email from you all going to your hello address telling the same, but looks I will have to file a claim with route.com. Also, one of the bottles of 1921 crema was leaking. I like your site and the variety offered, but like I said above, I have had issues with my orders both times I have used you all, so maybe I need to look elsewhere.”

“I shop online often. I have never before placed an order with ANY company and had them accept the order and then email me to let me know that to complete the order I needed to pay DOUBLE what I had already paid. More than 10 emails back-and-forth where I requested a refund( and if they didn't have the product why did I even have to request it?!?). The customer service agent said that they were submitting my request for a refund. And then they said that they " reached out to upper management to make an exception and honor the original purchase price of this order". If honoring the purchase price of an order is an EXCEPTION, you are not a legitimate or honorable company. I placed my order on October 5th, my delivery arrived the 27th. I requested a refund in writing on the 7th and again on the 13th, and then they responded that they had shipped it and were making an *exception* to give me my product for the purchase price. I will never again order with Cask Cartel.”

“Even though the selection of products is good the items are highly priced way more than they should be I purchased par 72 elegance tequila fir 179.99 on your site only to find the same item on another site for 79.99 , so items here are very over priced , and the free gift they offer is just 2 sample bottles .50ml that they charge additional 10$ for shipping”

“Support was quick to respond but the shipping is terrible. This order was going to take some time so ended up ordering the same stuff from another online retailer - their stuff already shipped and will be here way before my order which was done last week still pending shipper pickup which makes no sense.”
