“My order never shipped. Was told it would be 5 or less business days for delivery, yet the items never shipped.”

“The only reason I used Cask Cartel is because I was given a gift card. When I went to site and saw the prices, I was absolutely disgusted. This site and company is a great example of what is wrong and broken in the world of bourbon. I will never use this site again and actively tell others the same. You all should be ashamed. Fair balance - the process was smooth and product was recieved in a very timely manner.”

“I placed my order on 12/15, but it did not "ship" until 12/24, and it was not received by Fedex until 12/29. Free Stocking Stuffer gift was a single 50ml bottle of Jack Daniels, not worth the extra shipping cost.”

“So disappointed. I order the mini sample bundle..boy are they mini. I specifically ordered this because of Tickles Cinnamon Moonshine and Mark and Diggers moonshine - as shown in the picture AND description. That little disclaimer of you might not get whats described, WAS NOT there when I ordered, but it sure did show up afterwards. I received only ONE of Mark and Diggers moonshine and none of the others that are clearly listed in the description. This was a Christmas gift that originally was to arrive the Tuesday before Christmas, but on that day I was informed that it would be the following Tuesday. I had to scramble to have the order held at a Fedex store. Thankfully I succeeded. I'm afraid to order anything from here again as I might not get what I ordered or what I'm reading the description to be. Highly disappointed (and a little angry-to be honest).”

“When I ordered I was expecting shipment to be coming from an inventory immediately accessible by CaskCartel, not some other resource in Eastern Europe, which tracking my shipment revealed. I think you need to disclose the real shipping time to the customer at the time of purchase. Coming from Europe, any country, is extended shipping time.”

“I was very disappointed. I ordered something a good 2 weeks prior to Christmas to make cocktails for the holiday and expected it to be delivered when someone would be home the week prior. I paid quite an inflated price just for the convenience of the delivery. AFTER I place the order, I received an e-mail explaining that the order goes out to multiple places and has to get picked up, processed and delivered; understandably, this takes time. I didn't have the liquor for the holiday and now it's to be delivered this week when there is NO one home to accept it. If I had known all this, I would NOT have ordered it. I can't answer most of your questions because I still don't have the product.”
