“Was trying to enter promo code but wouldn't except , did it 4 times. A bit disappointed. Called and told me that they were there to help till 9 pm eastern time, nobody there to help me, dought I'd I will be back.”

“I ordered a special over a month ago and it has not arrived yet. At this rate, I could have waited until it was sold in my state and bought it retail. I get a notice that one of the bottles has shipped three days ago and it still has not left the store. Why advertise it if you don't have it!”

“after the purchase went through, your company calls me and offers me 3 solutions to move forward with my order. #1. pay more money, #2 wait a while for the order, not date determined, or #3 which is credit for another selection . should of been of 4th option, that offers my money back. im sure i could of found it on the web. kinda feel like a bait and switch here... of course i paid the additional $119 dollars, because i wanted what i selected, that is why i chose it. really a messed up way to do business.”
