“They were great at taking my order and taking my money. And then it was a black-out for weeks: No tracking order, no order updates. It took three emails over several weeks to finally get them to "find" the order and fulfill it. They said it's out for shipment and was supposed to be delivered .... yesterday. Yet the recipient does not have it. At least they were fairly promptly and polite in responding to emails.”

“I have been given a delivery notification for this order as well as not 1, but 3 different delivery dates. It has yet to be delivered. According to the receiver, it has not yet been received. In contrast, the other order I placed on the very same day within minutes of each other was received. Pease advise when this order will actually be delivered.”

“In two weeks I have not heard a thing about shipping. It would’ve been easier for me to drive to Massachusetts and get what I needed. I may have to update this if my order actually comes”

“My order sat for almost 3 weeks before it was filled, and it has yet to be delivered, although it appears to finally be in transit. Delivery date, if it actually arrives, will be 30 days from order date. The charge to my credit card, however, went through immediately.”

“Ordered 10 days ago. Claims order has shipped with no tracking number. Paid double what the bottle should of cost on hopes it would get delivered. Should of read the numerous bad reviews posted on the internet. Only gave it 2 stars hoping to get the bottle I ordered”

“I placed an order shortly after Thanksgiving. As of January 1 I still haven’t received it. Using the website tracker was useless as it did not work. An email elicited a response of “wait up to 10 days” several days after the initial delivery window had passed. Two weeks later, a phone call elicited a response of “don’t worry, you bought the insurance so you’re covered if something goes wrong.” Excuse me? Isn’t that YOUR problem to solve? I had to purchase insurance to cover your delivery problems? My Christmas gifts have not arrived and were not even here for New Year’s Eve. I understand delivery this year was problematic but when I called, there had not even been an attempt to fill my order, never mind ship it. I’m hoping it arrives in one piece because if not, that’ll be a nightmare to deal with, based on my experience so far. 0/10 would absolutely not recommend.”

“First of all, your company does not include any sender information. My recipients did not know I sent them a gift! Also, you Charge $19 for ‘protection’ bubble wrap. My package arrived poorly wrapped and bottles shook in the box. My brother thought something was broken. I am so disappointed and not satisfied with this process. This is the first time I purchased from your company and not sure I will do so in the future.”
