“Currently, I am very dissatisfied. I placed my order on the 7th and today is the 16th. No notifications of anything other than my order was placed and payment was processed. I do not have my order. I don’t even have an anticipated delivery day. Slow AF”

“Was expecting it to be delivered before Christmas so much for that...Luckily I came across the email...I paid the 40 extra $$ against my best judgement hopefully it at least arrives at its destination this time...”

“Just had shipping problems great store good prices but never know when your going to receive items I ordered before Christmas still no tracking on item just got delivered January 16 no information on the other item still as of yet. Looking to do business else where. I know it’s a Covid thing but I could have paid a little more shipped it myself from a store who had it on hand.”

“I did not like the lack of communication about the status of my order. The only time that I was informed about my order was when I inquired. 3 times I inquired only to get excuses that it was in que waiting to be shipped. The last rep did get back to me and explain that the first dealer did not have the merchandise in stock and had to be recorded from another distributor. If this would have been explained up front I would have been satisfied.”

“The delay on shipping was much much longer than I would have expected. I expected the order not to make it to the recipient by Christmas, but this almost 20 days later and we don’t even have tracking yet. It’s possible that this package may be a month behind by the time it gets to the recipient. Just disappointed.”

“meh, took way to long to get any update whatsoever - then it's a 35$ upcharge, which is basically 50% if it wasn't a special gift for someone, I wouldn't have bothered”

“First time ever using this site and will be the last. 1. Items are overpriced compared to buying in brick and mortar store. 2. Shipping cost are a joke as I thought if I’d pay their extra shipping fees that I was paying for a package that would be padded/bubble wrapped or some other way but was a bag simply put inside a small box. 3. Shipping was from just a random person (I guess they contract out and have people ship via UPS/FedEx when convenient) 4. It took about 3 weeks before I even received the first package in my order. Still waiting on the other half of my order though. 5. I ordered the sampler pack and unfortunately one of the 5 was a sample I had zero interest in - Dark Chocolate Coffee Sipping Cream Thanks but lesson learned.”

“I cannot give you a good report as I ordered before Christmas and the message said ready for shipping on December 23rd. A follow up a week after Christmas said, ready for shipping from an alternate. Today, I finally get a tracking number and message it is being shipped from KC and will arrive today January 11th. "Come on, man!" Three weeks delivery even with bad weather it should have arrived within a week of order? ...Merry Christmas??”
