“I'm glad I can order my chosen liquor through you. But the option for a "gift message" via text message that arrives *45 minutes after* the recipient has signed for the package is almost useless. It leaves the recipient scratching his head for much of the day. Better to let buyers enter a gift message that's printed on the packing slip.”
