“One of the items in my last order was unfulfilled and the refund service was confusing. I'm putting in one more order too see how it pans out and that will determine whether I change my review. I was suppose too have a credit from the previous order too cover what wasn't shipped but I have no way too obtain said credit... so I guess we will see how this order turns out”

“My original order was not delivered due to a mistake in the address and rather than allowing me to correct it and ship it I had to create a new order. I am still waiting on a refund from the original order.”

“Not everything in my order was available to ship. Items were out of stock. They held up my shipment and never refunded my money for the out of stock item. I have called twice for the refund. Not real happy about this.”

“Ordered 12 bottles of whisky over 2 weeks ago. To date I've received only one with no indication that any of the other 11 bottles are on the way. Never waited this long from other online retailers. Is there a way I can cancel the remaining bottles and get a refund?”

“If all of the order had arrived on time I probably would have given 5 stars. But it didn’t! Part arrived a week after ordering and the other part arrived a month later with no updates or reasons given as to why it wasn’t sent . Improve your customer relations and I’ll do more business with you. Otherwise I’ll order it straight from Sugarland shines and pay the little extra they charge.”
