These guys are chasing us for a debt that isn't ours!! These guys are chasing us for a debt, not in our name for a service we have never used. Never ever dealt with these guys. They are simply trying it on with similarly named individuals. They have passed on debt to the collection agency. All I can say at this point is these guys are the worst!

Appalling customer service over a considerable period, Nobody knows what they are doing and it is virtually impossible to contact anyone. Our invoices have been far higher than they should be

I had the misfortune to have inherited Castle Water as my new water provider. I am appalled at the nasty, threatening letters that they send out which have no basis in fact and decided to change companies. I am now with Everflow but unfortunately because of Castle Water's policy of billing in advance I have a large credit on one account and a small debit on another farm account. Of course they have ignored the large credit owed to me but I have just had one of their nasty letters threatening me with debt collectors. Don't know what to do. It almost makes one lose the will to live.

This company issues misleading invoices based on excessive estimates , forces you to paying in advance , provides no help on customer service , impossible to speak to someone AVOID

They keep sending bills for property I don’t own. They owe me for payments for water to these properties, £800-£1000 approximately but they don’t check it out. After two official complaints and days writing, emailing and phoning they say it’s sorted, no money yet and they’ve said that before. Until the next time. Now they want me to travel to a property I don’t live in to read the meter. Unbelievable!

Zero customer service.... robbers!!! Can't be bothered to read meters so quadruple estimate bills!!!!! Disgusting company. Rude!!!!!!!

Completely incompetent and disorganised I never registered with them and switched to another water provider after deregulation as I have had lots of negetive feedback . My only hope now is that they are investigated by Ofwat and are fined for there scrupulous handling of customers. Forget trying to contact them by phone as the option menu keeps on repeating itself and no one answers the phone. You have been warned AVOID AVIOD AVOID.

Worst company avoid them at all costs . Dishonest they cheat and lie my bills seem to be going up even though my consumption has decreased. I have been trying to sort my bills with them since 2020 . They don’t care they ignore you and keep telling you to pay your bill without even trying to deal with the issues . If you value your time and you do not want mental health problems or anxiety please please avoid castle water . They will give you so much stress it will make you ill . That’s what they have been doing to me for the past 2 years .

This is one of the worse case of management there is. Huge amount of resources are put into inefficient debt collection while they have a direct debt in place!.....I hade some 30 pieces of mail for exactly this. Want to call them? Be ready for around 30 minutes of wait. Want to give a meter reading online? This must be the most unintelligent form there is. Wants you to fill in several items from address to account number (which they manage to change from time to time!) Supply source number which they do not specify which of the two & onwards to meter number and a ready finally a PHOTO of the same ....this is like we do the filing & details online for that non-existent administration. This company needs more intelligent managers to give ease of communication & customer satisfaction....currently it is a barrier to life!

Where do I start!!!!!!! The worst company I have ever encountered. Never even signed up with them and don't pay for waste water as all done through landlords septic tank. They have threatened all sorts of legal action and cutting off our water supply - THEY DON'T SUPPLY OUR WATER!!!!!!!! Complete shower of S****. Have now passed us on to a debt collection agency - can't wait to speak to them!! Four years of this and I am fed up to the back teeth of them. How come they haven't been shut down by the ombudsman? How do they get away with harassing customers in this way. Be warned and if you get a call from them trying to sign you up (though they seem to just skim over that bit) run a mile!!!!

I sold my land in January of 2021 i have on 5 occasions called to close my account, on each occasion i have been advised it will be done and the refund will be forwarded to me we are now in july 2021 still no refund and still receiving e mails requesting i submit my metre readings they are almost impossible to get hold of and when i do and they see the issues on the account they hang up !!!!! disgusting customer services bar 1 person who still failed to close my account my next step is the ombudsman

Was sent a bill and then a few days later a letter to say the direct Debit we had set up with them had 'expired'. No warning of this. Sent a new direct debit form to them via email and a week later received a red 'Your payment is overdue' letter. Yes it is overdue because they cancelled the original Direct Debit. No good trying to call them as nobody answers the phone. Hopeless company.

The only way to get any results is to copy in the CEO or threaten to, to any correspondence, that seems to work miracles. A bill for £1800 was reduced to £27 when I copied in the CEO and they finally adjusted the bill to reflect the meter reading. Previously I had been told that they would just credit future bills against the £1800!

OMG how I sympathise with all these poor reviewers, I can relate to just about everything they've written. Yes we inherited Castle Water too - would never have chosen them, have tried to leave them but can't - they are currently holding over £200 of our money on an immensely over estimate bill and was taken automatically. The over estimate in no way reflected any of our previous bills and despite giving them an accurate meter reading with photo which they accepted back in May this year we are still waiting for the refund, I have chased, phoned (only if you have an hour to spare each time you call and wouldn't mind as much if it would make a difference but doesn't ..) with absolutely no response, no apology and can't even be bothered to respond to my requests for their complaints procedure ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I feel so sorry for all the reviewers here, I can totally empathise especially when most of them like myself had no choice but for them to be our 'supplier' ..... If I could give NO STARS I would. More than happy to provide my name in my review - shocking company!

Worst company by far, complete rip off !!! Garry Gold is a complete tosser !! Threatening letters even though I had paid debt off !! Was told by there operatives I couldn’t move companies and to pay the bill !! Lies all lies. Now with business stream who do my water supply and waste water. Castle water still trying to charge me for forthcoming years water when I’m not even with them anymore. Terrible customer service !! Every call I get a different reason and a different excuse !! How they were awarded this contract is beyond me !! Steer clear at all costs people

The worst company I have ever had to deal with ! You never get a chance to talk or chat online with a sensible person. Hours and hours wasting your time on phone while all of the advisers seems to be busy ! They sent me an invoice on 22nd of June which was due on 16 of June ! The invoice was for me to pay for August to end of December ! How could me be charged a late payment interest for the time will be start 6 weeks from now ???? Late payment ?? When ? Why ?

If only I could select ZERO stars - Shockingly abysmal service. They rarely answer the phone, they dont add any value to customers at all, why on earth did SE Water contract out to them. They are just an added middle man in the process hiking prices and p1ssing people off and taking responsibility for NOTHING !!!!! a complete waste of space
