“A disgrace- I have lodged a complaint and request for the fee I paid to be returned to me. Simple information on MOT and Tax completely inaccurate. No information supplied by you can be relied on. Again a complete disgrace. Please contact me in relation to this”

“Very disappointing at the moment. Never received the information required or promised. I have tried to contact them and requested a call back and a day later I’m still waiting.... Was not impressed with their customer services at all ☹️ As a dealer I have an account with HPI, but chose to use there services for date of owner change that they have failed to provide. So don’t do the same and waste your money! I will update if anything changes...”

“Car Analytics check is cheaper and more comprehensive. I was fooled into thinking that a Carzana check would include details of past car advertisements for the vehicle (at least I’d read that online) and that it would give a full history of all ownership changes, dates etc. But it doesn’t. I hardly got anything more than it gives on the free check. It’s a rip off and not a patch on the cheaper and much more comprehensive Car Analytics check.”

The prices of our checks are shown on the checkout before a check is purchased. When the checkout page loads the £19.95 multi check is chosen as the default option as this is the most popular check bought by our customers. If the silver check is not selected then a gold check will be purchased.

The gold checks are available FROM £3.99. At the bottom of the screen there is an option button to select if you want five checks for £19.95 i.e. £3.99 each. Or just one gold check at £14.99. When this option is selected, the price of £14.99 is clearly shown in red above the payment button
