“Complete waste of money. Very little information and value was a million miles away from the reality of market. Data is inconsistent.”

Cazana gives the average price of vehicles in undamaged and unmodified condition, corrected for age and individually estimated mileage. We try to perform the most accurate valuation possible and where we haven’t seen enough similar cars to be confident of a price, we won’t give one. The prices we give are not individually adjusted for factory fitted options, however we do try and correct for trim and derive a price that reflects the most common options where possible. Ultimately, the vehicle is only worth what you are prepared to pay for it, so you should always perform your own research.

“Very bad customer service and be sure to double check before purchase as I was trying to buy regular gold check but ended up buying for £14.95 without even knowing. And then the refuse to help”

“I thought IO was buying accurate information about the vehicle not estimated guesses. Particularly inaccurate in relation to mileage.”

The vehicle mileage is calculated using an algorithm that takes in to account the mileage data from previous MOTs and vehicle listings where available. We also use the typical mileage covered for the specific make and model of the vehicle. Unfortunately, we are unable to know the precise mileage of a vehicle on a daily basis. As stated on the website the vehicle mileage shown is estimated and not is verified. These details should always be checked with the owner and other documentation that prove the mileage of a vehicle.

“Will never use again. I was surprised to be charged £14.99 where I was told first tge quote will costs £ 3.99. By far, a misseling and ripoff as this is the most misleading and expensive website . Will never recommend.”

“did hpi on an Audi. came back clear. but a car on inspection was a right off be careful as you can still buy a car what been in an accident, even if it comes back cleare on an hpi”

“It was a waste of time. No more info about the car than I’d already had. Was assuming more mileage than there actually was. Was saying th car might be in finance...made me distrust the car with no proper details. Worst money spent ever.”

“This Hpi Check is absolutely flawed. It states on their website that a Gold Check is £3.99 thereafter it defaults to £14.99. Be aware it also returned false information. There was a milage discrepancy as the milage went from 8,000 the previous year to 2,000 miles at the last MOT. The vehicle was an import, but Cazana didn't pick either of these issue up. I would NOT use this service again and will be posting in all Motorhome Groups, CanAm Groups, Harley Davidson Groups, BMW Groups, Audi Groups, and many others.”
