Checks are available to customers at three different pricing levels: Silver check - £3.99 - some information such as stolen, written off and finance information is not included Gold check - £19.95 for 5 checks (at £3.99 each) - contains full information but only available as a bundle of 5 One off check - £9.99 for a single full check The price of your chosen purchase is clearly stated at checkout

“When it works it's fine. But three times in two weeks i've paid for the five checks but when i log back on they don't register. Sort it out.”

I'm sorry you've been having trouble accessing your checks. Normally, if you try to log back on and reset the password then you'll be able to access the rest of the checks. If you're still having trouble then please email into support@cazana.com and we will have a look at the problem.

“The mileage check on a car i bought was not based on fact but by the use of an algorithm. This was admitted by Cazana when I raised the matter. This meant the mileage was inflated on a very low mileage car showing it had above average mileage. The Cazana report I obtained was therefore inaccurate and not worth paying for.”

I'm sorry you were unhappy with the report. As explained at the time the vehicle mileage is calculated using an algorithm that takes in to account the mileage data from previous MOTs and vehicle listings where available. We also use the typical mileage covered for the specific make and model of the vehicle. Unfortunately, we are unable to know the precise mileage of a vehicle on a daily basis. As stated on the website the vehicle mileage shown is estimated and is not verified. These details should always be checked with the owner and other documentation that prove the mileage of a vehicle.

“well i found it a complete waste of money it told me nothing that wasn’t on .gov mot or my logbook not one single thing no history for the car whatsoever very disappointed won’t be using it again”

As per our email on the back of your support ticket, we have forwarded on your check to your email address. Sometimes these can end up in spam or junk folders.

“My wife did this check thinking it cost £3.99 then when I got PayPal invoice it was £14.99.. she said it was misleading . I won't use again as very expensive for 1 vehicle check..!?”

The prices of our checks are as follows. The price is clearly stated before the payment is taken. - Silver check - £3.99 - some information such as stolen, written off and finance information is not included (as indicated by the ticks and crosses on the screen shot I sent through). - Gold check - £19.95 for 5 checks (at £3.99 each) - contains full information (as indicated by the ticks and crosses on the screen shot I sent through), but this pricing level is only available as a bundle of 5. - One off check - £14.99 for a single full Gold check - contains full information.

“I bought a car based on the information provided by Cazana. Turns out Cazana had got the information completely wrong. After purchasing the car I later found out the car was registered as Cat D. Cazana had no information of this listed.”

“Very disappointed didnt show latest mot so nearly lost out on buying a beautiful van and guessing the mileage is bad was 20,000 over the top of original !!! Will not be using again waste of £14.99 😡😡😡”

“I personally think they con me for 20 pounds as on their main page they have given wrong estamate mileage due to that i spent 20pounds for wrong information, personally I will ask them to refund my money.”

“I was lead to believe the cost was a lot lower than I actually paid. Trying to resolve this with Cazana staff was troublesome to say the least and very frustrating. They weren't open to an honest conversation and despite screenshot proof of the situation, they continued to say that nothing was misleading. I iwll not be using them again purely because of their attitude.”

We did explain the costs that are available to customers at three different pricing levels: - Silver check - £3.99 - some information such as stolen, written off and finance information is not included - Gold check - £19.95 for 5 checks (at £3.99 each) - contains full information but only available as a bundle of 5 - One off check - £14.99 for a single full check We also asked for a refund on your behalf and as yet, haven't heard whether that will be forthcoming.

“Appalled, left feeling duped. It said in the initial option that I could buy 1 report & it would tell if car had been in an accident. Purchased report & it told me everything I already knew with a further purchase charge option inside that report to tell me what I needed to know. Absolute rip off, not transparent or a decent service.. too many layers & not enough transparency. Do not use unless you are prepared to pay out & follow a trail of scraps in an attempt to get any serious information. An absolute sham! 😳”
