Hi. To clarify the charge of £3.99 per report applies if you pay for a multiple report - 5 reports - at one time. A single report costs £14.99 and the prices of our checks are shown on the checkout before a check is purchased.

Information was out of date. Got more up to date information free from the DVLA. Oh and the £4 check is actually £14! Don’t bother - just use dvla website complete waste of money

The prices of our checks are shown on the checkout before a check is purchased. The charge of £3.99 per report applies if you pay for 5 at one time When the checkout page loads the £14.99 check is chosen as the default option as this is the most popular check bought by our customers. If the silver check is not selected, then a gold check will be purchased. Unfortunately, in this instance we are unable to provide a refund for your check as you have received the full benefits of the gold check for your searched vehicle.

Terrible service. Not for the first time I purchased a multi vehicle check to only be able to use one check! ! Waste of money! Do not use!!

You will need to reset your password on the login page. You will receive an email (may go into junk or spam) to reset your password and login in to Cazana.

Report didn't even get the basics ( as per DVLA ) correct. If the basics aren't correct can you believe the rest?

I had made a report on a vehicle. I got a wrong report claiming the vehicle was a written off cat c. But then had vehicle description as a completely different car. This is very bad and a very bad report on the car. After calling up and notifying you guys, I was told I would get a call or email back regarding this. I’ve had nothing. Very very unhappy with this report!

Rubbish I wanted to see if a vehicle was on finance for me to find that out I need to upgrade this app told me no more than I get for free on various govermrnt sites-save your money there are many free sites that are more informative

When buyinga hpi check I pressed for the£2.95 basic one through PayPal then it charged me £14.99 so not happy make sure you it don’t happen to you.

I would rate it 0 stars but i can’t. Failed to give any informations about the car that i sold 6 months ago. It is not seing the last MOT done on it. Total waste of money.

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE !! Having Paid for a car report it did not include the data promised. I’ve tried to contact the Admin team but after many attempts I’ve heard nothing. All I wanted was to get what I paid for... this has not happened. Don’t bother using Cazana !

Hi, Your report is not very detailed so I don’t get what I’ve paid for. When checking MOT valid until your report says 25th May 2018 which has clearly expired however when I check the DVLA it shows a more up to date check valid to May 2019. Your report does not show the May 4th MoT check so there is clearly a lot of detail missing from you acclaimed comprehensive report that gathers data from various databases. The data you have provided gives me no confidence and leave me in no better position as to whether the vehicle is a good buy or not. I’ve purchased the 5 vehicle check and quiet frankly I don’t intend to use them as I don’t think the reports provide the needed detail to give any buyer the confidence. I would like a refund. The information provided added no aditional value over what is freely available elsewhere. The 'additional' information regarding 'buyer info' should be renamed something like 'serial numbers' and is quite misleading.
