“Out of date information. Reported as a fail due to outstanding finance on the car. I checked this morning with the financing company listed and they have had no interest in the car for some time. I have asked to be reimbursed.”

We obtain our information from various sources, including the DVLA. If finance has recently been cleared it could take a while for them to update their system and for the details to filter through to us. Our system will only update once we receive this information and cannot be done manually. This is why we provide finance company contact details on our reports.

“Not happy with it at all. It was stated on google £3.99 Then I couldn’t find anything at that price. I was in a rush in doing it but it wasn’t easy to use as a website. I feel deceived”

“If I could give zero stars I would. This was the only hpi check that did not show up a car as being a cat d. All other gpi checks showed up as a right off. Appaling information. Do not waste your money”

“To be honest I felt a bit ripped off. After paying £19.99 it didn’t really tell me much more than the free search told me. Still have two searches left but doubt very much I’ll bother using them!”

“Would never use this company again. £6.99 for a gold check written in huge writing but if you miss the small print as i did you get charged £14.99 for one car search making cazana one of the most expensive companies you can use. If you pay via PayPal it doesn't show you how much you are being charged. Would not recommend or use again”

“I wanted the VIN number for the car. This was supplied. I have asked for a refund and not received a response. You can get the same detail for free elsewhere.”

“Checked Vehicle out through your system, it was outdated information. The seller has checked with VW finance who are sending him out a report to show this is clear of finance, however, the owner did declare it had cat s, which your records show If you can send an updated check again , rather than me pay yet again Thank you”

“Bought a review that did its job at £9.99. Happy with the basic service so I used the service again and it would only give me the £15 option a second time. If it does offer a £9.99 option it is well hidden. Very disappointed.”
